Justin Dowel - CEO of Natures Organics and a man with an extraordinary heart to give! At the age of 21 Justin was given the opportunity by his father, Terry Dowel, to join the company and work in sales. Justin saw sales grow from $2 million to $100 million. What’s more impressive than their nation-wide impact, is their relentless philanthropic work both locally and globally. Justin and his father Terry were recently honoured in the Australia Day awards with a Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for services to the community through philanthropy.
